Awesome service. I live in Tennessee and my wife had a blow out on HWY 380 about 10 miles outside of Waterloo. I called Priority 1 Automotive and talked to Dan. I told him that my wife, kids and sister-in-law were stranded on the HWY. He then coordinated a tow truck and a van to go pick up my family. Priority 1 had another store closer to their location so he sent them there. He met my family at the other store and made sure they got the services that they needed.
