I have no doubt he is competent with his repair knowledge. ONE MAJOR PROBLEM. HE and/or his sister NEVER RETURN MESSAGES OR PHONE CALLS. And when I dropped my trike off in the fall, he never touched it the entire winter. Then when I finally called him/his sister I got the story that his truck and trailer got stolen in Chicago. Highly recommend Prior Performance for any of your bike needs. Brandon does amazing work and really knows his stuff. Took a rim to add a new tire to him after another shop gave a line about not being able to swap it out. Brandon not only was able to make the swap but was fair in pricing and offered a quick turn around. Stand up company!!
