Excellent customer service and great quality. They know everything in and out about Harley’s and will forever be the only place i bring my bike! I couldn’t recommend anyone but them.
Unfortunately, Attention, attention, attention this person is dishonest and fraudulent. We have a order worth $1800 and he did not deliver the order and began to evade. He has not responded for a year. If you want to lose your money, deal with this store. There is no professionalism or honesty in dealing. I was defrauded and my money was stolen and it will be recovered through the court. I wanted to warn against this fraudster and I have all the documents that prove that.
Got some tires put on my Ninja 650. They were very nice and accommodating, but there were some dangerous issues with the service. When I picked the bike up: 1. Rear brake was covered in (presumably) tire lube. Almost blasted out onto the road in front of a car before I realized what was happening. 2. Chain was adjusted to have zero slack. It was as stiff as a piece of angle iron. Spec is ~1.5" of slack.
