We had a few "sinking" areas in our parking lots that according to our salesperson were most likely due to subsurface, deteriorating trees. A team of workers were out soon after approval of the necessary repairs and they did a great job. I would highly recommend Prior Lake Black Top for any commercial or residential repair or replacement. Their communication and workmanship were nothing short of awesome.

Horrible time trying to work with this Company. I don’t know that I’ve ever left a Google review before, so I hope that communicates just how poorly my experience with these guys has been. We received a reasonable quote and were excited to get started, and then *crickets*. It has been impossible to get ahold of anyone here - I’ve called multiple times a day for months and can’t get a callback. Absolutely amazing workmanship and quality. So impressed with how hard the team worked and extreme attention to detail. I did my homework before going with them and everyone said they are the best...because they are! So nice to work with a company that actual does what they say they will and then go above and beyond the customers expectations. Pl Blacktop is the real deal...ps 2nd review I've ever done.
