While on vacation at Sandbanks Provincial park we had a service engine light come on in our vehicle. Being far from home we called the nearest Ford dealership which was Prinzen. How fortunate were we that we called on Friday and Steve was able to get us in on Monday! He checked our vehicle and was able to tell us exactly what was wrong. Unfortunately he was unable to get a part that was needed, even after calling other dealerships.
