Moneya is awesome!
I lived at Prinwood from 2022-2025 in both the one bedroom and two bedroom units. Getting a lease/moving in is very easy and efficient and it's in a quiet, safe neighborhood but that's all I can say for a positive review. I've never lived somewhere that will nickel and dime you so much. You have additional monthly fees such as pest and salt fees to pay along with your rent but no one actually services your water softener.
