I am editing my review because Prinvest threatened me with legal action if I did not...take from that whatever you will. Here are the facts: Prinvest marketed a student property investment offering guaranteed yields. They claimed they had a great deal of experience/knowledge etc to make you feel comfortable. The property we invested in (in Cardiff) was never built. The developer went into administration and our money has apparently vanished into thin air. I bought a 2-bed in Manchester with PrinvestUK back in November 2018 and am happy to say everything has been going well so far. At the time, the conversations i had with Ryan were informative and helpful and there was no pressure. If you want an agent with a wide knowledge base, isn’t pushy, and will give you honest professional help, I definitely recommend speaking to them.
I have a portfolio of property but no intention to expand this anytime soon. So i'd been looking up alternative investments which carry a varying degree of risks. After speaking with the team i was introduced to a suitable property loan note, provided extensive amount of relative information and the team were all happy to answer questions and were patient with me, even meeting in person. Ultimately i'm impressed with the professionalism from Prinvest and happy with the decision i took
