I've been a patient of Dr. Gerace for many years and I'm grateful that he is my Family Doctor. In my opinion Doctors like him are a rare breed and hard to find. I've referred other family and friends through the years. Consistently blew off symptoms I had for over a decade as anxiety. Crowley dental found a broken file lodged Into my gum from a root canal some 18 years prior. Sure he's not a dentist, but I insisted I had left side head pain which he began to medicate to mask the pain. At one point he told me not to take antibiotics. When the tooth was finally discovered, it had been chronically abscessed for years. It was diagnosed as ear or sinus infections for years which granted it ended up as after months of non treatment. I have been going to her for years, she is GREAT, she listens and understands. She has helped me so much over the years. Staff is wonderful.
Excellent doctor with good listening skills.
Awful surgery experience. He had no bedside manner. He spends about 30 seconds for the appointment and does nothing to help with aftercare. I paid for 2 visits complaining of sinus congestion and pain. He says “oh everything looks great, see u in 6 months” I then went to my primary dr and she found I had a severe sinus infection. Obviously I won’t be returning to see him
Gerri is extremely caring and thorough. She listens to your concerns, even called me at home to make sure I was doing better during Covid. You don’t feel rushed at your appointments and she is very knowledgeable in many areas. She refers you to specialists when necessary so you can get the best care possible. So glad I am in her care.
He is always kind and thorough.
How easy it is to talk to him
Dr. Baxter is professional but friendly at the same time. He actually listens to you and answers questions. He never acts like he doesn’t time to hear what you have to say. He genuinely cares about his patients well being. He is a wonderful doctor. If you really need to see him he will find a way to get you in ASAP. We are lucky to have him in our area!!
