The new Management is great !
I got some great information from the wonderful lady at the front I believe her name is Tiffiny she was terrific and the property manager Ayesha was on the move but I can tell she is trying her best to get things together , I plan to move in march and am definitely in the process of applying now dont let the negative reviews fool you the staff and management are great I also was informed that they were new so I believe in the staff and I put my 5 stars so future applicants can be at ease just like me .
I had an amazing experience touring these apartments with Tiffani, She informed me of everything I needed to know and also made me feel seen despite the fact I didn’t have a scheduled appointment she made time out of her day to assist me and still make me fall in love with the place I look forward to applying and renting!!
Made a new email bc that’s how HORRIBLE it is here. MY WASHER HAS BEEN BROKEN 2.5 MONTHS!!!! 7 service requests and 0 response. Oh they also had me living in mold and 0 AC for the first 5 months I was here!! :)
