Your techs are alwaly great whether I call or bring my printer in. Awesome job!
There is no complaint from me about the customer service. Always available, if not there is a call back in a couple of hours or before. I have had few problems but even when I did have, it was always solved very quickly.
We were back up and running in a couple of days. Thanks you for the fast turnaround of reformatting our RIP.
