I have been a customer for years. I am hoping today was a mishap. I entered for custom work and stood there for over 10 minutes while the older sales gal watched her first customer look through frames on the wall ad nauseam . Seems like she could have helped me while the silly gal debated light reflection on and on and on. Eventually I left. Looking for another place.
