Very unprofessional and rude staff. The dentists assistant Allison was so rude and disrespectful to me rite in front of Dr. Printon. I was so uncomfortable that I did not allow her to put her hands on me. Dr. Printon was there for this whole unfortunate situation and didn't even apologize for his own assistant. In fact, no one apologized. The front desk is cracked and falling apart. This place should be inspected by the better business bureau and shut down. Horrible Experience!!!
My Husband referred to this dentist. The hygentist was kind. The dentist also was nice but the problem was the procedure. I had a cavity. He loaded me with novacaine and went to work. I still felt something's. My tooth never felt the same again. I can feel metal or something. The novacaine took 8 + hours to wear off!
