We used the company for several years as a broker. They removed us as a broker for no reason at all. The customer service is HORRIBLE. You can never speak to anyone except some call center who doesn't know much. I will NEVER do business with this company again and would NEVER recommend them. There are other online printers who are much better to deal with.

Horrible experience! Customer service doesn't help at all. They will stop orders and give you lame reason, so you can reorder and pay rush fees. They told me my artwork was not uploaded, when i gave them proof it was uploaded, then they told me i have crop marks still on the artwork. So i showed them the proof that i don't, then they told me their software is just catching something on my art. So i needed to cancel order and order new cards using same art, but this time pay for rush fees so my client will have it in time. HO... read more
