Hello and good morning, I usually don't leave bad reviews or trash companies but I must say for this particular place of business I have no issues whatsoever doing so. First off management is very rude and unprofessional I have recorded conversations to prove this as well as this is not a fraudulent claim I tend not to faulsly accuse someone of doing so. Great company to work with. Any issues with the machine are very quickly taken care of with their staff to get production up and running with little down time. Mark even spent time after hours working with me via chat to fix a problem we had, which goes above and beyond what is expected from them. Highly recommend buying a machine from Printjet!
