Amazing place! Yes, Lori Swapp (BattleSwapp Designs), they are a repair shop for print finishing, not machines. Boo on you for making a poor review because they couldn't fix your printer even though they aren't a printing repair service. Knowing them, they would have steered you in the right direction for service. Again, ignore Lori Swapp (BattleSwapp Designs), she is sour she had to call around for service on a machine she should probably have a service contract on anyways.... but probably couldn't use due to a past balance... read more

I called to find out if they could repair my printer. They told me that they were in the printing industry and not the repairing industry and were unable to help me. Their company is literally Printer Repair Services and I was told they don't repair printers. I asked if they knew anyone who did and she just repeated that they were not in that industry.

A great team of people who are always so pleasant to work with. When we had 2 machines go down over the holidays they worked hard to get us back up and running quickly. Their fair prices and quick service are unbeatable.
