I was born IN this building 20 years ago! They turned it into an extremely commercialized building, it used to be a whole floor per apartment for next to nothing. There used to be a freight elevator from the street into our apartment and the whole deck was all ours. I spent my whole childhood here until forced to leave :(
Poorly maintained. Creating a massive sanitation problem on 10th st by leaving out massive mound of trash
EDIT: I wanted to update my review from a year ago. I believe the management team has changed and I am very happy with the new team! They are responsive and transparent and go out of their way to help. I am living in my second apartment in the building and am happier than in the first one! I was worried I would be able to hear my neighbors constantly because of the thin walls but most of the time my apartment is very quiet! It’s also as beautiful as the previous one! Love love love this building
