My printer quit working and i brought it in to them. The lady at the counter inspected it and she said the one of the sensors had ink on it and cleaned it with a Q-tip. She then got it to work perfectly. I asked, "how much?" She charged me nothing for her service. I asked to please accept a $20 bill. She would not take it. This place has class and integrity. I still can't believe it.
