Very helpful My favorite printer died after 3 years of use. I brought it into PS. After they examined it, they determined that it would cost more to fix it than to purchase a new printer. They showed me some options. And I was able to make a good decision. I liked their customer service. And they were not trying to make a quick buck. I felt they were fair and honest.
