I have had a contract for service and toner with Printer Components for several years now. We recently had a communication failure with Xerox which caused our primary WorkCentre printer to remain in an unusable state. Xerox's communications error prevented them from taking responsibility for us. Very impressed from the beginning with these guys. Jeff's sales approach started with finding out our copy needs and tailoring from there. No gimmicks whatsoever!! Set us up with a perfect machine (Xerox Work Centre 3615) to replace a Toshiba lease that had been costing us $2000 a year for many years!
