I requested service and then over a 3 week period I sent multiple emails and left multiple messages with the sales person, accounting person and even eventually the owner (Will). They would not return my calls or emails, and then when they finally sent an invoice. They over charged from the original quote and added additional charges... They won t even return calls or emails regarding correcting the invoice.They definitely lack customer service....Does anyone know any good service company s in the area?
