Printability NY did a fantastic job with our digital color copying order in New York, NY! The colors came out remarkably bold and clear, making our presentation booklets look crisp and totally professional. Their team was super efficient, double-checked our files before printing to prevent any mistakes, and had everything ready well ahead of our deadline. We are thrilled with the quality and customer care, and they’ll definitely be our go-to spot for all our printing needs!
I’m really impressed with the booklet printing service! The print quality was sharp, the colors looked amazing, and the paper felt premium. They delivered everything on time and made the whole process super easy. Perfect choice if you need professional-looking booklets at a great price!
I used Printability for their international fax service - thought it’d be a lifesaver - but what a disaster! The endless clarifications - seriously, I felt like I was in a never-ending loop of “Can you repeat that?” - was just exhausting! I thought, “How hard can it be?” Turns out, pretty freakin’ hard. I walked in, and the staff were like they were in a daze. Took forever to get any help, brb while they were all chatting among themselves. Finally, when I got someone, they acted like I was interrupting their break or something. I mean, come on! I needed that computer ASAP! When I finally got to rent one,... read more

First off, the jargon they throw around is ridiculous—“high-end processing power” turned out to be an outdated machine that crashed mid-task. Not to mention their customer service was non-existent! I asked for help, and they just shrugged me off like I was a nuisance. If I wanted to waste time, I could’ve just stayed at home. Save your money and go anywhere else; this place ... read more
