I used Printability for their international fax service - thought it’d be a lifesaver - but what a disaster! The endless clarifications - seriously, I felt like I was in a never-ending loop of “Can you repeat that?” - was just exhausting! I needed to send an important document overseas - you know, the kind of thing that actually matters - but they kept messing it up! Well, let me tell ya about my experience with Printability printing firm on W 24th St. I needed a computer rental to get some work done on the road, ya know? I thought, “How hard can it be?” Turns out, pretty freakin’ hard. I walked in, and the staff were like they were in a daze. I am absolutely furious with Printability on W 24th St! I needed a computer rental for a crucial client presentation, and they were a complete disaster. First off, the jargon they throw around is ridiculous—“high-end processing power” turned out to be an outdated machine that crashed mid-task. Not to mention their customer service was non-existent! I recently used Printability for so-called passport photos, and I must say, the experience was a complete letdown. I needed these photos for an urgent trip, but their service was anything but urgent. First, the so-called "professional" staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping customers. I waited an eternity just to be acknowledged.
