Very efficient on the phone. Was quick to identify that they cannot service simple 3d FDM printers, no parts such as Bowden tubes, extruders, etc are available; just an industrial shop that doesn't do that. They wished me luck and I thanked them for the 5 seconds of conversation. Look elsewhere for small scale printing needs.
