Ehhhh. – Probably good place for basic copying, but anything more and you get resistance. Not terribly customer service oriented. They're about the only game in town so maybe they're spoiled, but I always feel like they're doing me a favor by taking my business. I was quoted a fee that I thought was high, went to a competitor and got it for 1/4 of the price. Not sure why, can only surmise my business wasn't worth the effort.

Great Service! The Print Place is a great place to go for copies. The staff is friendly and helpful. The machines are fast and one even has the capability to make very large copies (floorplans, etc). The prices are competetive.
Print Place in Des Moines Friendly, family owned and operated. Great service with easy self-serve copiers as well. Convenient location in downtown Des Moines. Owners are active supporters in the community, too!
