After restoring a Dual 1229 turntable to sell on eBay, I had this company double box it for me as I wanted nothing to go wrong. I have been troubleshooting and repairing vintage audio for 40 years now. I picked up the box and noticed a slight rattle inside but the place was busy and very small so I took it home to investigate. I went there yesterday for a shipping quote. The clerk was not very friendly. Sadly, the whole place reeks of cigarette smoke. I could not wait to get out of there. I thought that smoking was not allowed in public facilities?
