Always understaffed and with no effort to help. Had to drop off a box with label already attached and needed just a proof of mailing. For something that will tke him 15 seconds I had to wait several minutes. I gave up ...

Going to FEDEX is pot luck lately. Some stores have very nice helpful staff. Others it's slow, poor service, they think they're doing you a favor (if you even get that far). I needed some docs printed. The clerk (a lady) was nice in the beginning and things were fine. She started my order right away and I was impressed. I sat at one of the desks and waited, no problem. After waiting approx. 20 minutes, I asked if my print job was ready. She said "let me check". The print job was ready (the printouts were sitting in the print... read more
