I have been let down by this company three times. Twice I didn't get my order past pending until I emailed and/or phoned for a follow up. This last time, I was lied to about it getting ready and would be out the next day until after three months he just outright cancelled my order and left me hanging. Three strikes - I will never use or recommend this company again.
They completed a big project in a short amount of time for us and crushed it out of the park. Highly recommend!
Although some of these reviews give Gary a bad rating - we had an excellent experience. We ordered custom matches for our wedding and they arrived before our date and were perfect. Alot of the printing is out sourced, and some of the issues with colours/stock available come from larger companies, and are completely out of his control. Gary was very helpful in making it work for us and we appreciate his efforts. I would order from this store in the future again. Thank you Gary!!!
I went to the store today at 11:00, (their hours of operation are 9-5) and the door was locked. Called the toll free number posted on the flyer on the door, and got voice mail. Not sure if anyone works here...?
