I have worked with The Print Authority in two different jobs over the past five years, and they are truly top-notch! They are incredibly easy to work with, the quality is always amazing, and they never hesitate to help me solve a last-minute issue. The entire staff is friendly, responsive, and always makes me feel welcome and appreciated. I have never worked with a better printing company in my career, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Connor and his team did an amazing job on a last minute banner our dental clinic needed. The rush was completely my fault, but Connor made sure our business was taken care of without any issues. Extremely communicative on timing, delivery, and pricing. Plus his staff was really helpful. I’ve never received that level of care and service from the online print shops.
It's been 2 weeks since I requested to print 300 pcs of my company business cards. Called multiple times and was promise someone will get back to me but until now they still ignore it. Very poor customer service. Do not contact them, they will just delay you until you give up!!!
