The Print Authority is amazing! They’re local, fast, and always deliver top-quality work. I’m usually running late or last minute on things, but no matter what, they always get it done on time and right the first time. Between Katie, Brenda, and Brendan, I know I’m in good hands. Thank you all for everything you do for me and my company you make my life a lot easier!
Connor and his team did an amazing job on a last minute banner our dental clinic needed. The rush was completely my fault, but Connor made sure our business was taken care of without any issues. Extremely communicative on timing, delivery, and pricing. Plus his staff was really helpful. I’ve never received that level of care and service from the online print shops.
It's been 2 weeks since I requested to print 300 pcs of my company business cards. Called multiple times and was promise someone will get back to me but until now they still ignore it. Very poor customer service. Do not contact them, they will just delay you until you give up!!!
Brendan and his entire team are excellent! High quality services and very efficient as well. Dropped off items in Thursday and were ready the next day. Highly recommend for all your printing needs
Highly recommend! Katie and her team at The Print Authority do amazing work. They are quick to respond with any request, will often offer multiple options (Katie knows me well), will dive deep to search for chachki ideas, and provides top notch customer service. Their print quality is impeccable and spot on with color and branding...our only regret is that we wish we would have worked with them sooner. ;-)
