Called 3 days in a row with no answer. Left messages on the 2nd and 3rd calls with no return calls or messages. Ended up not being able to send flowers to a co-workers funeral due to this poor customer service and business model.
I ordered a plant the day before my uncle's funeral in Prattville, Alabama. I called from Detroit, Michigan to make sure everything was set. Tonya answered the phone and was just delightful!! Not only did she reassure me that the plant would be delivered to the correct location and on time, she also sent a photo of the plant to my phone!! How awesome is that!!!
