Dr. Prine has been my doctor for 25 years. I can no longer get an appointment with him. Called and was given an appointment two and a half months away. How is anyone supposed to wait this long when experiencing problems currently? The office staff is rude and unprofessional. Time to move on.
Front office representatives need a major overhaul. I WOULD GIVE A ZERO if it was available. They need to know how to answer the phone properly and treat clients with respect. I don't even want to give my hard earn money to incompetent people who don't know the first thing about customer service. If you don't even feel welcome over the phone how you expect to feel going to the office with the same people working there.
