Very professional setting. They stick to your scheduled time. Dr Rut has a wonderful bedside manner and is very thorough. She’s patient with explaining things in detail and makes sure if any of your concerns. No questions went answered. She’s also very kind and gentle.

Received cold, convoluted and poor care. From a rude physician who offered no support empathy or options for treatment, to mishaps with my tests being dropped and discarded but my insurance still being billed for them, to multiple unnecessary hoops to jump through for treatment, to waiting weeks for my charts so I can see a new doctor on an important matter.
