Doctor/oral surgeon is great, but his nurses/assistants are terrible. They did NOT allow me to keep my extracted wisdom teeth after I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED TO KEEP THEM Words cannot describe my anger and remorse for not being able to keep my own body parts

I had a great experience. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, although billing has been a bit complicated as my insurance carrier keeps rejecting the claim because the office allegedly did not submit it properly. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
