NEVER AGAIN(and I was a loyal customer). I inquired on the styles I wanted 1 month ago, then confirmed todays appointment on Saturday. The appointment for today (cornrows for my teenage son, 8 braids & tendrils for my teenage daughter). A half hour before my appointment I texted to make sure someone would be at the shop for the appointment (my last appointment no one was at the shop & we had to wait a little while for someone to come). I book the apoointment and speak to someone and ask for the assistant manager to braid my hair the following day, the person I talked to said ok. I get there at 10am, the appointment time, the person I requested is already started braiding someone. So I dont make a fuss. I get another braider who braids 6-8 braids, then shortly through the door dashes another braider to the back.
