I will surely be back.this is the best place I have ever been to for braids.very fast,neat and pays attention to details.i love my braids.
Unfortunately I had a very frustrating experience from start to finish. My appointment was scheduled for 1:15 PM, but I didn’t get in the chair until 1:45 PM. While a short wait is understandable, the timing became a bigger issue as the service went on. After 3 hours, only the back of my hair was completed, even though I was originally told the full style would take 3.5–4 hours. Not professional at all and not willing to listen. Multiple times my braider left me an unattended to go braid another customer’s hair, despite me having booked an appointment days before and telling them I had somewhere to be after this. When I arrived, they complained that my hair was too short, used a straightener on it without any heat protection and kept complaining that the “color I brought was not matching” so they made me use their own extensions.
