Brought in my vehicle a while back and asked for someone to have a general look at the transmission since TDI from the 2010's are known to fail even with generous preventative maintenance. Waylon was my initial service advisor. They did not take a look at it the first time I came in for service and when I came back in due a CEL/general maintenance I asked again about having someone look at the transmission again. The level of service I received from Stephen Chong was nothing short of exceptional. With this being my first foreign vehicle and first time servicing it, he was excellent.
