Stephen Chong has been amazing for me. My Jetta has been giving me major hell and he really listened to me and my needs. If I could give Stephen 10 stars I would. That guy needs a raise! I definitely will be coming back to principle for all services and car purchases in the future.
Overall experience was top notch. Principle only recommended relevant items and didn't push the sale of those.
Came here a few months ago, staff is very cold (not friendly). No one reaches out to you about anything. When you ask questions they make you feel stupid. Everyone’s voicemail is always full. Took my car back 3x before they fixed the issue only to run into it again after a few months later. If you love bad communication & running around like a headless chicken trying to figure out what’s wrong with your car, definitely go here 👍🏽
Great bunch at the service center. Always helpful, respectful and quick turnaround.
As a VW collector when I need parts I drive past my local VW (rhymes with Fooley) to go to Principle. Principles parts and service department is top notch.
