I had a very disappointing and costly experience at Principal Volkswagen. I brought my car in for a simple oil change, and after an hour the service advisor, Stephen Chong, told me that the oil pan “would crack if they opened the drain bolt.” This made no sense because there was absolutely no oil leak before I arrived. First time coming here for regular service and I had a great experience! Booking online was super easy, and I really liked the personalized inspection videos—they explain everything clearly. The place is clean and well kept. Definitely coming back!
Had my husband's car for almost a month, and they still can't seem to get it fixed. Didn't think replacing glass would take this long. I'd recommend taking your car elsewhere for service, unless you want to be out of a car (that you're paying for) for a whole month.
