I want to shout out Alex Fernandez, the front receptionist. She did an amazing job saving my business at your dealership. I love my atlas, and I liked the sales process, but trying to get my plates and the money owed to me took two months it was only because of her hard work and dedication that I was able to finally get my plates and she did it with excellent customer service and no runaround.
