If I could give 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. I usually avoid dealers because of past experiences but I need to take my hat off to Stephen and Issac in the service department. They both went above and beyond in helping me with my Golf GTI that I recently purchased and to go over what the issue may be and what they plan to do to fix the issue and with great communication every step of the way. My family owns two other Golf GTi's and I'll definitely tell them to get their service done at Principle Volkswagen. Thanks again!
Very typical Manufacturer Dealership experience. They overcharge to an extreme. Customer service leave quite a lot to be desired... multiple calls to get to the right department or to have messages returned. They seem under staffed or just not trained well. I've had two visits here (by necessity - recalls and new key) and both times the vehicle was returned in worse shape than I left (not cleaned despite stating they cleaned it, moving or changing settings in the vehicle's settings without asking or informing/explaining afte... read more
