Alex Harbeck went above and beyond today phenomenal customer service. I took my car in for a dead battery, and we went over the warranty. She was available throughout the repair process and kept me updated by text, which I really appreciated. She also gave me a quote for my windshield. So professional, customer service and attention first class.
I dont know if i can trust this principle mini anymore. They did service on my vehicle and then later realized they had missed a bolt cause i was trying to get an alignment done and discount tire was not able to because of the missing bolt. The missing bolt was the reason why i needed to get an alignment Went to principle mini about it and they made me feel stupid and seemed that i was delusional. I dont understand how a bolt just appears there and better yet it was the original bolt that should have been there not a new one... read more
