I'll never know if Mr. Trovato is a good attorney because of the experience I had with the person taking the calls. I was on notice from the first word out of her mouth, which was simply "Hello?" It didn't sound like I'd reached a law office, so I said, "I'm sorry, who am I talking to?" and she just said her first name. I said I was trying to reach a business and wasn't sure I had.
