I own a 2025 QX60, and we’ve had problems with it ever since we bought it. The first issue occurred around November or December due to engine noise; when I took it in for service, they told me they already knew what the problem was and that a recall would be issued, but they never contacted us. I couldn’t help but share my experience in taking my vehicle in For an oil change. As I drove in for service, I immediately was greeted by Max.
