I have water leakage under my driveway and I was informed by Severn Trent that the water leaking at the speed of 1,200 litre per hour. I send emails on a Saturday to three plumbers hoping to solve the problem as soon as possible. To my surprise, Karl replied my email on the same day and came on Monday to give me a quotation. Very happy with the work that Karl and his team did replacing the water supply to our house after leak(s) in the old lead pipes. Great communication and friendly team. Would recommend.
I would give more than five stars if I could! I contacted Karl and his team about a leak underneath my kitchen when my insurer's contractor was taking too long. He was able to fit us in quickly and completed the work to a high standard and for a reasonable price, and left the place spotless. Karl was very knowledgeable and communication was great throughout the process, can’t recommend enough!
Thank you so much to Karl and the team for an excellent service, right from the initial phone call until the job was complete. The job was regarding the lead replacement scheme with Severn Trent (had the lead pipes replaced).
