They’ve had my vehicle for 60 days repairing paint chips and dents on my car. Repair cost:$8,468.85. They attempted to release the vehicle with a large number of paint imperfections, dirty, flat tires, and dents that although were previously approved for repair by my insurance carrier, were still there. Since car rental coverage had already exhausted, all they were willing to offer was an economy rental car until repairs were done.
