Came in for service at Mini/BMW. Always an awesome experience. Team deeply cares and is professional every step of the way.
Agustin did a Professional Job on Introducing me into the Dealership as a New Customer Had a great Experience with his Knowledge / Expertise regarding BMW I Test Drove the M5 Model and I really enjoyed my Visit Today
I don’t post reviews often but the Service Department here is EXCEPTIONAL. I have nothing but respect for Alexandria in particular. My Mini Cooper SE needed a big repair just out of warranty and the bill was devastating. Thanks to her and the Service team’s efforts championing my circumstances, I paid MUCH, MUCH less for the repair and drove away yesterday with my Mini in perfect working condition.
I can’t say enough positive things about my first buying experience at Principal BMW of San Antonio! From my initial contact with David K., to the taking of this picture; the entire experience was straightforward, honest, easy and very respectful. If you are in the market for a BMW, this is the right place for you! Why would you go anywhere else? Thank you, David and the entire Principal team!
Excellent service
