Took my car in for a freezing touch screen (4th time) got to service bay and waited 35 minutes before I had to get out and look for my advisor. They said he was off and a would get his Jan off. Waited another 10 minutes on him. Ridiculous! 12 cars were checked in before I got help. They just walked around me and no one ever asked if I had been helped. Three weeks and got one text from advisor, asking me to send a video. Never an update. Finally got an email, never a text my car was ready. Got there an my advisor was at lunch... read more

Once I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car, it took a very long time for them to bring it out; the service had already been completed and they knew I was coming because a Lyft was ordered for me. And I only knew the car was brought out because I saw it waiting for me, but no one notified me. The customer service was below par for BMW.
