I visited Principle BMW for an oil change and to check on a few concerns I thought I had with my vehicle. Donavan Hargrove was amazing! He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and even clarified that some of the issues I was worried about weren’t actually problems at all. He also identified a few things I hadn’t noticed myself. The service was outstanding and I’ll be bringing my car here from now on thanks to their honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile!
