Very satisfied
BMW notified us that we had a dangerous airbag in one of our cars. Principal BMW had trouble getting the parts, but put us in a new vehicle for several weeks while we waited. They fixed the car, checked for safety and cleaned it up well.
Scott was my representative this time and he was outstanding; very helpful and made sure i was taken care of. BMW service is second to none! They are definitely top tier!
It was a good experience. I was kept up to date with the progress and was updated as to what was done. Great staff
