I booked an appointment with Ian after a regular of his referred me. I booked a transformation appointment as I wanted a different haircut. After discussing we decided to do a regular haircut instead. Despite this Ian still charged me for the more expensive transformation cut. Bad way to retain customers and very unprofessional. Will not be coming back.
