Chuck is the best! I’ve been coming here for close to six years. I can say that I’ve never had anything other than an amazing haircut. Everyone is so friendly.
Poor customer service. Their revenue comes before the customer. Had a great haircut and great experience with a barber - Chelsea. On my next appointment I showed up and accidentally missed my appt time by 1 hour (had my calendar marked wrong). The manager and associate at the front charged me for the full haircut and refused to work with me on a refund or reschedule. Customers make mistakes and things happen - They lost a customer and so did the barber. Unfortunate.
The absolute best — there’s nowhere else you should go. The barbers, the space, the environment, the camaraderie — everything. I get haircuts more often than I need to just to hang out there.
