This company required about 25 pages of paperwork, I assume because they are hoping people will give up. In the mean time, I have paid 2 extra car payments equaling about $900. The other driver was at fault and only paid part of it and the gap was supposed to pay the rest. They now say it is in the queue. I did not pay the last payment because they will not pay back the money I've paid since the wreck and I will have to pay a late payment and if they don't pay by the end of the month, it will go on my credit which is now 835... read more

It was super frustrating going through the claim process. It took me more than 5 months to complete the claim and got paid roughly $850 in total. I had to pay the remaining balance. Basically it wasn’t worth having gap through this institution. I wouldn’t recommend anybody.

This company blows AND DOES NOT HONOR THEIR CONTRACTS. I geniunely believe they should be audited and taken out of business. 1 month shy of a year and they provide me with a Refund Check $300 less than what I was told. I’m contacting the insurance commissioner and as many avenues as possible to let the public know how awful it is to deal with this company. The only thing they’re professional with is phrasing and legal forms in their favor. Their profession is an insult to burger flipping. 0 stars, absolute garbage.
