These guys are very unprofessional. STAY AWAY
Don't ever have Principal realestate manage your investment property. Sam doesn't know the difference between a condition report and a routine inspection report. Im going to vcat because of it. His selected tenants left the property in a unrecognisable state. Claim "it was filthy from day one." Not true but can say so because Sam clearly doesn't know what his doing. Vcat here we come. Save yourself the headache and stay away.
Completely unprofessional. And goes to the length of screaming at you in filth. Looks like Sam does not know how much reputational damage his staff is causing him and his brand. AVOID at all costs
