Your company is a fraud, we cancelled our account several months ago. We only had dental, but somehow they decided to bill us months later adding in vision lol. Total scam artists, when I try to call their 800 number it suddenly hangs up on me.
Horrible company to work with. If I could give them NO stars I would. I have been dealing with this company for several months. My brother passed away 3months ago and I have been trying to finish all of his pending business. This company has heartless workers who do not care about anyone's situation. My brother did not have any beneficiaries such as a wife or kids. I am the only one left that can claim beneficiary to his 401K plan.
