We attended a wedding reception at the Abbey. Location, rooms & service were great! We enjoyed our stay and would return.
Booked a room for family from out of town, again. Went in and checked the room. It was spotless! Coffee maker, full fridge, microwave, sink, things I dont normally expect in a hotel room! The room is great, the place even smells nice. The staff are friendly and smile. I am always going to put family up here when they stay in town!
The customer service was spectacular. Our room’s air conditioning unit was leaking. Other than that the room was great. We told reception about the issue and they said a discount will be applied to our stay. Complimentary snacks were also placed in our room. We went to the front desk for check out and they had given us a full refund! I think once they figure out a few maintenance issues they’ll be perfect. I would definitely recommend staying there! Thank you!
It is a great place to stay! Everyone there is friendly, caring and makes you feel so welcome. There is also great history at this place to enjoy.
