Our son was born 4 days ago. We’ve left messages the last three. No calls back. Terrible customer service. Insurance is a great thing to have access to but when you can’t access it, which is usually a high stress life altering time, it’s beyond worthless. It’s a liability. Answering your phone and returning phone calls is the minimum amount of work you can do.
