They do not pick up the phones. The court hours are ridiculous from Mon-wens,10am-4pm. That is absolutely ridiculous. As a working adult, who has those days off? I have been calling for weeks to get a ticket i received early June paid, and i have never gotten to speak to a person. Even when I step out of work during my shift only to call, i still cannot speak to anyone. Very helpful, lovely people, the judge went out of her way to explain everything to me. The system is complicated but the people are wonderful. Take a trip there it's the best way to deal with them...
This place is a joke. I have been trying to pay a speeding fine for WEEKS. It first started when their credit card machine didn't work in person. Since then, I've been calling non-stop (during their laughable window of availability) for WEEKS to pay over the phone without a single person ever picking up.
