I have had multiple issues in this supposedly new house that is less than a year old. From the roof leaking to multiple cracks in the drywall. Now a broken air conditioner and a plastics shutter falling off the house. I would strongly urge you to buy else where. The reviews about the employees to bring the score up is BS. These houses are cheaply built

I wanted to wait a few months to do the review so I could give a fair assessment of my Centex home. Everything was fine until I moved in. These guys worked hard to convince me to buy the house..if only the construction workers worked that hard to actually build the house.
