Went here for hernia surgery. First the good... the staff was excellent, the nurses were great and Dr. Juha is top notch. Zero complaints in that dept. Now the bad... my wife and I got lost all 3 times we visited. The parking signage needs to be clearer and more frequent. Indoors they REALLY need to make it easier to find where you need to go. Put signs where we can see them, not just 20ft overhead when you're walking parallel to them.
The staff is very pleasant and accommodating.Being greeted by such positive attitudes is a wonderful start to a stressful health situation. I am a pretty tranquil person, so it was surprising to have the demeaning and unprofessional attitude of the lobby staff prove so frustrating. The medical staff were all helpful and friendly. Dr. Davidov knew all the details of my medical needs before even entering the room.
I have been to this office three times in the past month to diagnose a condition, treat that condition and for a follow up visit today. Each time I was treated with courtesy and respect by all of the staff. Every time a different medical staff person interacts with you they introduce themselves which made me feel very comfortable.
